- Willow Way Produce reserves the right to alter or change any product or price without prior notice for example to change the appearance, packaging and/or scent and withdraw any products at any time.
- Our products are handmade, and our soaps are hand cut so slight variations in size and colour may occur between different batches.

- Please read all the product information given to you on our website and packaging before use. If you are prone to skin allergies, we suggest you do a patch test before the use of our products. If you have a medical condition, please consult with your medical practitioner before using our products.
Shipping:
We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 which aims to deliver your parcel with in two to three working days. We will process your order and aim to dispatch your parcel on the same working day if placed before 2pm, or the next working day if placed after 2pm. If your order is placed on a weekend, we will dispatch it on the next working day. Please note these times are aims and are not guaranteed. If your parcel is required urgently or by a specific date, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Please ensure your address is correct, and includes your full address, as we cannot be responsible if your shipment is delayed or returned to us as undeliverable, and we will not offer a reship free of charge if your details were entered incorrectly. *In the case of a refund we will only refund the cost of the products. * This will not affect your consumer statutory rights.
We can ship items anywhere in mainland UK. Delivery outside the UK mainland is possible, please contact us for a quote. We do not deliver to P.O boxes or shipping agent addresses.
Making a Payment:
Pay by PayPal – All our payments are processed through PayPal via a secure online encrypted payment system, and PayPal accepts credit/debit card payments from Mastercard and Visa. All prices quoted are in £ British Pounds (sterling).
Cancelations, Returns and Refunds:
If you change your mind after placing your order you are legally entitled to cancel an order before it is dispatched. As we dispatch the same working day that we receive your order, you only have a small amount of time to do so. Please email info@willowwayproduce.co.uk as soon as possible after you have placed the order.
Products can only be returned if they are unopened, unused and undamaged within 14 days of receiving the item/s. Please note that in this case you will need to pay the return delivery charge, however we will refund you the full amount that you have paid for the product including the original delivery charge once we have received the order back to us in its original condition.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please do contact us and we will try our best to help and resolve any issues. Please email us at info@willowwayproduce.co.uk with your order confirmation details.
If we agree to a return/refund or exchange we will provide you with instructions by email on how to send the item back to us, and/or how your refund will be processed. We value your satisfaction, and we are committed to providing an excellent customer service experience.
